Small Grains Crop Provisions Changes Effective for the 2022 and Succeeding Crop Years
The Small Grains Crop Provisions have been amended for the 2022 and succeeding crop years. These provisions were revised to allow for additional unit divisions for wheat and to clarify provisions for counties with spring-planted acreage, fall-planted acreage, or both.
